Insulation installers bill $45–$85 per hour per person in most markets, and $90–$140 in high-cost metros. Crews are usually two or three people. Spray foam crews bill higher because of rig cost.
Typical crew hours
Attic air sealing on a 1,500 sq ft house: 4–8 crew hours. Blowing that attic: 3–5 crew hours. Batting a 2,000 sq ft house of open walls: 16–24 crew hours. Crawl encapsulation: 16–40 crew hours. Removal: 8–16 crew hours.

Labor as a share of the bid
Blown attic: about 55% labor. Batt walls: about 50%. Spray foam: about 35% labor, because the chemical is expensive. Removal: 80%+ labor. That is why DIY savings are largest on removal and batt work.
Reducing labor cost honestly
Clear the attic and the work path, move stored items, provide a power outlet and a parking spot near the access, and do your own air sealing prep. Crews charge for obstacles.
